Well, my Anthony is officially on his first formal date. This was a crazy day. I never appreciated all that my mom did to prepare me for formals. Just making the plans was quite an ordeal, not to mention the clothes, flowers, and limo. I picked up the flowers this morning, we went to the game, left the game early to come home and get ready for the dance. It was a little crazy but we got it all done and they got to the limo on time. Traditionally our kids eat after the dance but they decided to go before the dance. They are spending 3 hours in a limo, riding around like rock stars;) I have done my best in trying to prepare him for all the little details...I'm sure he'll be fine. We did raise a little gentleman. I hope he's having a great time.

It brings back so many memories. I guess the older we get, the more we appreciate all our moms did.
