Here's to the BEST mom ever! Happy Birthday! Today we celebrated my mom's 66th birthday. She is the most amazing woman I have ever met. My oldest son refers to her as indestructible. She has been through a lot over the last couple of years. She came through cancer...twice and a broken back, colds, flu, strange rashes, radiation burns, etc. Not to mention she has a pacemaker! I believe the saying "you can't hold a good woman down" refers to her. Through it all...she smiled and her faith never wavered. Many times people would stop her to talk about their problems and ailments and she would listen and comfort them...and never tell them what she was going through. She is the most unselfish woman. I only hope that one day...I can be half as wonderful as her. She is a true inspiration. I thank God for giving her to me. Happy birthday mom and may we celebrate many, many more together.
